It is our hope that this pageant will point you to Jesus and his love come to us at Christmas. Thanks for being here!

5 Please join us this evening at 5:00 p.m. for the Candlelight Service. The Middle School and Senior High Youth Groups will host the evening. Dessert will be served after the program in the Fellowship Hall. Your freewill donation will be accepted to support our youth. Invite your friends. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come and worship Christ the newborn King on Friday, December 25 th at 10:00 a.m. We will sing many familiar Christmas carols, hear our choir, and listen to a brief message from Pastor Michael entitled The Shepherd s Song based on Luke 2:8-20. An offering will be received for the Guatemala Action Project (GAP). This service will be broadcast on AM 1300/WQPM. On Sunday, December 27 th, we will welcome Pastor Dale Clifton, Chaplain at the Milaca Elim Home, to lead us in worship. Pastor Michael and his family will be spending a few days with family in Southwest Minnesota and Northwest Iowa. He will be back in the office sometime on Tuesday, December 29 th. If you have a pastoral need, please contact your household elder or deacon. Your offering next Sunday, December 27, will be received for Partners in Education at Community Christian School. Our Church Family Congratulations to John & Brenda Santema who will be celebrating their 53rd wedding anniversary on Monday, December 21. Rena Top has been transferred to the Elim Home to continue her recovery and physical therapy. Please continue to keep her in your prayers. I would like to thank each and every one of my church family members and Pastor Michael for all your prayers, cards, meals, visits and positive thoughts for me over the last couple of months, while my back was healing. I appreciate all of you very much and I feel so incredibly blessed to have you all in my life! God is so Good!!! GEMS and Cadets start warming up for our joint Christmas ROLLER SKATING PARTY this Tuesday, December 22. We will be skating at the Princeton roller rink from 6-8 p.m. Please meet at church at 5:45 to catch a ride. We will return you to church by 8:15 for your parents to pick you up. Please let Mrs. Ten Haken or Mr. Ritzema know if you plan to go. The Apple Pies are slimming down! There are a few left to buy at the following locations: Church foyer, Foreston Co-op, and Kiel s Appliance. Thank you AGAIN for supporting this fundraiser for the Guatemala Projects!

7 Gulu Country Dairy Mission Project: In January, Brody and I will be traveling to Uganda with my parents to visit the research dairy farm project and help where needed. We would really appreciate your prayers. We are both a bit anxious about the travel and being so far away from home and family. We also have two extra suitcases to fill with items needed by the people in that community. The students at CCS are filling one suitcase with toy cows for the kids of the community with the hope of building in them the desire to be farmers when they grow up! We could use your help filling the second suitcase with over the counter medicines like Tylenol, Ibuprofen and Aspirin for the health clinic a few miles from the farm.
