SACRAMENT OF MATRIMONY This sacrament requires a time of spiritual preparation. We ask couples to make arrangements at least six months prior to the marriage. SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION Confessions are heard on: Mondays: from 5 5:45 p.m. and Saturdays from 4 4:30 p.m. or by appointment. ANOINTING OF THE SICK The sacrament is available after the 8 a.m. Mass on Saturdays. Urgent calls to administer to the seriously ill are received at any time. The sick person s family should notify the priest. Call to arrange for the Eucharist to be brought to shut-ins. 7 St. Rosalie s Bulletin Page 7 Parish Life Attention Parishioners We have begun offering confessions on Monday evenings, in the Church, from 5-5:45 p.m. This will be done on a trial basis initially. All are invited to Eucharistic adoration on Mondays from 5-7 p.m. and to make use of the Sacrament of Confession during that time, from 5-5:45 p.m. on Monday evenings. Special Needs Mass Families who have members with special needs or developmental disabilities often find it difficult to attend Sunday Mass together. We are pleased to provide an opportunity for families to experience God s presence in their lives at a special Mass on the third Saturday of the month, 3 p.m. at St. Rosalie s. The next Special Needs Mass will be next Saturday, January 17. Pro Life Mass at St. Patrick s Southampton Council, Knights of Columbus, is sponsoring a bus trip to St. Patrick s Cathedral for the Annual Pro-Life Mass on Sunday, January 20. Cardinal Timothy Dolan will be the Presider. The bus will leave St. Rosalie s at 7:15 a.m. for the 10:15 a.m. Mass. 9 St. Rosalie s Bulletin Page 9 Our Lady of the Hamptons School The annual Bucks for Books raffle is scheduled for its culmination on Saturday, February 2 at a special cocktail party at Union Cantina in Southampton. The campaign to support the programs at Our Lady of the Hamptons School has ten prizes ranging from five hundred to ten thousand dollars. Parish and community members are asked to call the school at to secure their tickets. Catholic Schools Week, the annual celebration of tradition and display of the current facilities of OLH, is scheduled for January 27 February 2. The OLH Dads will sponsor a Family Pancake Breakfast during the Open House of Sunday, January 27. A full breakfast is available from 8:30 a.m. noon. Registration for the school year at Our Lady of the Hamptons (both the main K-8 campus and Hampton Bays-site Pre-school) is now open. Materials are available for pick-up or mail. It will be 18 hours filled with many guest stars including many of the clergy, religious and dedicated lay people of our Diocese. Catholic Summer Camp Camp Fatima for boys and Camp Bernadette for girls are now accepting registrations for the 2019 summer season.
