Help our priests to be strong in their vocation. Set their souls on fire with love for your people. Grant them the wisdom, understanding, and strength they need to follow in the footsteps of Jesus. Inspire them with the vision of your Kingdom. Give them the words they need to spread the Gospel. Allow them to experience joy in their ministry. Help them to become instruments of your divine grace. We ask this through Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns as our Eternal Priest. -Amen.

Since our parish volunteer appreciation Sunday social and goodbye it has been a stretch of days to say goodbye. Thanks for the memories which I will carry with me to Massachusetts. Thank you too for your notes and cards & sentiments. Please accept this letter as a personal thank you. My new address will be Holy Cross Community at 480 Washington St., North Easton, Ma I will be Associate Pastor at Holy Cross Church in South Easton where I started out 40 plus years ago. The St. Vincent de Paul Society distributes food every Thursday from 9a- 10:30a. If you are requesting assistance with utilities, rent, etc., please call the St. Vincent de Paul Leave a message and a call-back number. A representative will return your call within hours. If you would like to volunteer or help in any way you can. Please stop by or call the Parish office. Blood Drive When: Sunday July 9 th Time: 9a-11:30a All donors will receive a OneBlood Tervis Tumbler and a wellness checkup including blood pressure, temperature, iron count, pulse and cholesterol screening. St. Rita would like to know if anyone is interested in receiving the Magnificat monthly missal with reflections and writings of the Saints? If we get enough subscriptions, we will receive a bulk discount price on the Magnificat and the more people subscribe the lower the price! If you are interested, please contact the church office or Sue Richardson to sign up or for more details. The Magnificat is also available in a Spanish version.
