We need your good saleable home and sporting goods, small appliances, and other treasures! Please drop them off the day of the Yard Sale between 7am and 8am. Prior to June 10th you may drop items off at Morrell s Hardware during regular business hours. Proceeds are to benefit the Building Campaign. 4 WE VE BEEN CHALLENGED!! Catholic Extension, founded in 1905, raises money to build churches and the Church in America s poorest places. This year Holy Family applied for and received a $50,000 Challenge Grant for our new Church. Only one in five applications received funding. To qualify we need to raise $150,000 in new cash gifts before December 31, If you have already given, would you consider another donation to help us meet this challenge? If you have not contributed yet, this is the time to make your dollar donation really count. Pledge cards are available on the table by the Holy Water Font at the Church entrance. Holy Family Parish Building Fund Consider remembering a loved one or friend or honoring someone for a birthday or anniversary in a special way. Donations can be put in the collection or mailed to Holy Family Building Fund P.O. Box 457, Greenville, ME Those returnable beverage bottles and cans can be converted to cash for our Building Campaign. Classes will resume in the fall on September 10th and 1st Communion & Confirmation will be celebrated on September 24th. We are looking for a Faith Formation teacher for 3rd grade. Holy Family Ladies Guild-1st & 3rd Mondays of each month at 1 pm in the Rectory: At each meeting the rosary is said for the conversion of our country, for our church, and for those on our parish prayer list. St. Faustina Ladies Prayer Group-Tuesdays at 1:00 PM: meets to pray the Miraculous Medal Novena, the Liturgy of the Hours and the Rosary, Stations of the Cross or a Chaplet. We offer the prayers for family, friends or anyone who is in need of prayer. Please let us know if there is a special person that you would like us to add to our prayer basket. All ladies of the parish are welcome to join us even if you can't come every week. Knights of Columbus Jackman Council 2392 Monthly meetings are held the first Monday of the month at 6:30pm in the St Faustina Church Hall. The Rene Morin Senior Luncheon will be held the 3rd Wednesday each month at 11:30am in St Faustina Church Hall and the doors will open at 11am.
