1 PHONE: (972) Amy Janette Hatch July 27, February 3, 2009 Amy Janette Hatch, age 49, of Allen, Texas passed away February 3, She was born July 27, 1959 in Seattle, Washington to Albert and Jane (Schultz) Forkner. On July 28, 1998 Amy married Royce Hatch. Amy worked for the Radiology Allied Health School at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. She was the program director for the Nuclear Medicine Technology Program. Amy was very active in Nuclear Medicine and her students. Amy is survived by her husband, Royce Hatch of Allen, Texas; son, Royce Michael Hatch of Allen, Texas; daughter, Danielle Prockish of Allen, Texas; step-sons, James Hatch and wife, Kim of Elgin, Texas and Josef Hatch and wife, Sandra of Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas; mother, Jane Forkner of Plano, Texas; brothers, Matt Forkner of Houston, Texas and Kirk Forkner of Oregon; grandchildren, Tasha, Aleksis, Caleb and Landon. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, February 7, 2009, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park, Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Memorials Thank you to everyone who left comments and people who still look at her picture on here every now and then. We thank everyone who came to my mothers funeral from the bottom of our hearts, and if you couldn't be there we still thank you for supporting us and being there with us and sending your prayers. I pray that she is at peace and enjoying a time of rest and relaxation. She has lots of catching up to do with her loved ones who were waiting to greet her. To those she left behind, I pray that you will know how special your Mom was to everyone she met. She will stay alive in those memories and in your hearts.
