1 PHONE: (972) Denise Rash Vadala December 22, July 10, 2011 Denise Rash Vadala, age 54, of Celina, Texas, passed away July 10, 2011, in Plano, Texas. Denise was born December 22, 1956, in West Grove, Pennsylvania, to Kenneth I. and Dorothy (Coomes) Rash. She married Tom Vadala on February 15, 1986, in Dallas, Texas. Denise was a graduate of the University of North Texas. For the last several years, Denise was employed by Sentari Technologies. Denise loved her work as an IT recruiter and loved the CEO of the company, Mary Necessary, along with all of her colleagues. She was very involved with the Celina High School Band. Denise loved her family and was very devoted to each one of them. She also loved interior design, music, art, and cooking. Denise was a member of Lifeway Church in Celina. She is survived by her husband, Tom Vadala of Celina, Texas; sons, Adam Vadala and Scott Vadala, both of Celina; sister, Dorothea Prince and husband, Robert of Arlington, Texas; parents, Kenneth and Dorothy Rash of Gun Barrel City, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church in Celina, Texas. Presiding over the service will be Pastor Craig Walker of Lifeway Church in Celina, Texas, Rev. Byron Jones of First Baptist Church in Gun Barrel City, Texas, and Rev. Denny Gorena of First Baptist Church in Leonard, Texas. Memorials Tom, several years ago we were priviledged to have Denise, Adam and Scott in our home while Ivan/Dot attended a convention in Greensboro. It was fun getting to know them. I remember the day Denise did laundry all day, and the boys will sat on our deck playing games and enjoying the rain. They were so

2 relaxed and having such a good time. And that's what is happening with Denise now... she is having a wonderful time in Heaven. She left a strong legacy for all the family, displaying Christian love, beauty, compassion, contentment, and most of all she was prepared for her eternal journey. DARRELL & DOTTIE LEWIS, JULY 17, 2011 I never had the pleasure of meeting Denise but I felt I had by knowing and working with Tom. Every time I spoke to Tom about business he would spend a moment telling me about how wonderful Denise was to him and the boys. Tom was so proud of Denise and told me some amazing stories of her strength to keep fighting when most people dealt this ugly hand would quit. I actually drew strength from these stories when things didn't always go well for my family. Denise was a blessing from the lord to have known even though we never met. Tom my heart is broken for you and the boys. Have hope in tomorrow, have faith in the everlasting, and take comfort in the love of friends and family. Denise was one of those special people; I knew it the day we started to work together. Her positive and optimistic attitude along with her personal grace and beautiful soul had such an impact on people and it is no wonder she was dearly loved by all who knew her. We had the honor and privilege of working with Denise at Sentari Technologies for many years. Our office is a wonderful display of Denise s awesome decorating talent. Our hallways will be forever filled with her laughter and spirit and love of culture. We can only hope that her time spent with us will continue to be our legacy; to inspire others and make a difference in people s lives. I will forever hold you close to my heart and I can only dream of the time that I will see you again. Tom, Scott and Adam, our doors will always be open to you and just know you have a second home at Sentari and with the Necessary Family. The following is a little more about Denise, maybe some things you did not know about her. It was her personal touch in a very professional services industry; her way of disarming their fears and for them to feel relieved that they put their career and job search in very good hands! I have a degree in Interior Design and practiced both residential and commercial design for 13 years. What one thing do you wish more people knew about Sentari? That you will not find a company more committed to give the best service imaginable, along with genuine integrity to our customer. What's the best business advice you were ever given? Always be a servant leader. What is your proudest accomplishment? Raising two fabulous boys who are gifted,

4 motivated and deeply caring individuals. What is your biggest pet peeve? People relying more and more on technology for communication. Put that cell phone down, and learn how to communicate! What is your motto? Life is not about me. If money were no obstacle, where would you go? Hawaii. What is your fondest childhood memory? Going to my grandparent s house in PA for a month every summer. We would break beans, and shell peas in the front yard and watching the Amish go by in their horse drawn buggies. My cousins and I would spend each afternoon singing together around my aunt s piano. MARY ELIZABETH NECESSARY, JULY 12, 2011 More than a friend, if your life was blessed to cross paths and know her, you quickly became a part of her own life. Denise would think of you as a member of her family inviting you to her community group, church on Sunday, to watch the Superbowl, spend the night or share a meal. Talented in so many ways, she will never be forgotten. I will cherish the books, artwork, messages and memories shared with Denise and take comfort knowing she is rejoicing with her Lord and Savior and one day will see her again.
