1 PHONE: (972) Eli Baxter December 25, January 14, 2006 Mr. Eli Baxter, age 21, of Prosper, Texas, passed away January 14, 2006, in Prosper. He was born December 25, 1984, in Plano, Texas, to David Edwin and Misty (Davis) Baxter. He attended Prosper and Frisco High Schools where he was a member of the FFA and the football team. He was a farmer and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Prosper. Eli will always be remembered for his big heart and bear hugs. He is survived by his mother, Misty Morris and her husband, Keith of Frisco, Texas; father, David Baxter of Prosper, Texas; sisters, Leslie Davis of Frisco and Sharla Baxter of Prosper; grandparents, David and Margo Baxter of Prosper, and Ray and Dorothy Davis of Frisco; aunt and uncle, Melody and Danny Banner of Prosper; uncle and aunt, Barry and Antoinette Davis of Dallas; aunt, Sheila Storey of Frisco; uncle and aunt, Jackie and Alta Davis of Frisco; and numerous other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, Tuesday, January 17, 2006, at the First Presbyterian Church in Prosper with Rev. John Fowler officiating. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery. The family will receive guests from 6:30 to 9:00 P.M., Monday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. The family request that when signing the registry, please include contact information after condolence. Memorials It is my prayer for all of you that the Lord will sustain you with comfort and love. I know in my heart that we were blessed to have Eli for over 21 years but its never long enough. I keep remembering our cruise 2 weeks before Eli was taken from us, and I can just see him having fun and living life to the fullest. We have so many good memories,to keep in our hearts forever. DOROTHY DAVIS, FEBRUARY 10, 2006 As you all probably know, Eli was my bubs. He was my brother. He was my best friend in the UNIVERSE. Eli knows every single thing about the person I am, and now he knows the person I will be. My best friend is in Heaven with Bubba and Ronnie. I know they are all looking down at us right now and thinking "Why are they so sad? We're finally free. They don't know what they're missing." And even though Eli doesn't think I should be upset, I lost my best friend. He won't be here for the rest of my life. My entire world has just shifted in what seems like a millisecond. My babies won't have they're Uncle Eli, he won't be there to see me get married. But, I WILL see my brother, my best friend, my bubs again someday in Heaven. I'm willing to wait as long as I have to just to see his smile, feel his arms around me and smell the sweet smell of my brother. God Bless you all.
