1 Nov. 22, This Thursday morning at 10:00am, Pastor Dave will give a Thanksgiving Day message. Then on Sunday we are going to welcome Jeramy and Teresa Hing with children, Easton and Haven. They are overseas missionaries who live near Quito, Ecuador. What is it like to minister to people who have to scavenge through the city dump for their daily needs? 4 Prayer Needs Pray for Stephanie Decker who got her hand caught in an onion machine at VanDenBerg s Farm recently. Pray for Lindsey Sidell as she recovers from hip surgery and ask God to give her relief from pain. Continue to pray for Becky Barr as she recovers from surgery and begins radiation treatments. Pray for April Schmidt as she deals with a large blood clot in her arm and as the doctor's determine her blood issues. Pray for Jonathon, an employee of Lindy's carrots, as he continues in rehab recovering from an accident. Continue to pray for Joe Tuttle, Margaret Thomson, Delores Flanagan, Michelle Tanis, Nancy Osentowski and Bonnie Tuttle's daughter Maria as they deal with health issues. 5 Guest Information Welcome! You are among friends at Imlay City CRC. We are the young and old, the experienced Christians, the brand new Christians, and those who are just curious about Jesus Christ. We are families, singles, students, kids, and couples. Wherever you are coming from, and wherever you are at, you are welcome to come as you are to Imlay City CRC! The service lasts about 75 minutes, then please stay for a cup of coffee or lemonade in the fellowship hall following the service. Guests are encouraged to fill out the communication card found in your bulletin, and drop it in the offering plate as it comes by. Please take a moment and visit the Welcome Center where you can receive additional information about our church. If you are a regular attendee of Imlay City CRC, we would like to provide you with a mail box. Please submit your request to Michon in the church office Children s Bulletins and fun pages are available on clipboards in the lobby. Nursery care is offered during the morning service near the west entrance for infants and toddlers through age 3. Please honor the age limit. Immediately following worship, please meet your children at the nursery area. Children s Message during the service, children of all ages are invited to come forward to sit at the front of the church and hear a message designed especially for them. Children s Worship all children ages 3 years old through 3rd grade are invited to join Children s Worship, which takes place during the church service. Wait for Pastor Dave to announce the Children s Message, after which the children will be dismissed from the sanctuary for Children s Worship. Out of respect for others, please silence your cell phone. Restrooms are located just past the lobby on the right hand side of the hallway. Wednesday Night Family Night This will take place the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month, October March. Dinner is served from 6:00-6:45 pm and classes are from 6:45-8:00 pm. 6 ANNOUNCEMENTS ANNOUNCEMENTS SAMARITAN S PURSE: Thank you for blessing children around the globe with 95 shoeboxes! The boxes will leave Michigan Monday afternoon traveling to the Minneapolis Processing Center. They will be processed and distributed to the following countries: Barbados, Burundi, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Honduras, Jamaica, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Suriname, Tanzania, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago. Christian School gym on Thursday, December 17th at 7 PM. We will sing familiar Christmas carols and enjoy cookies and punch afterward.
