Pastor Henry and Grace Lengkeek moved from Fresno, CA last year to Rocky Valley, IA to become a pastor at Trinity CRC. Pastor John & Barb Gorter are in St. Cloud, MN conducting a regional pastor visit. They are on vacation this coming week in Sioux Center, IA. Please contact your district elder with any pastoral needs.

3 Congratulations to Bailey Lagge who graduated from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion this past week in the areas of elementary education and special education. May God guide you into the future. Please find in your mailboxes this month s Council Highlights, with a letter of thanks for our support of Operation Shoebox. Next Sunday (December 16): Pastor Jerry Buwalda will lead us in the morning worship service, while Pastor Gorter has a fifth Sunday off. The Sunday School Christmas program will be held at 4:00 in the afternoon. Includes worship, large group talks and small group discussions The theme for the weekend is Year of Reconciliation based on 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
