This offering will be divided between Water Missions International and Presbyterian Disaster Assistance. OH THE PLACES YOU OU LL GO We re excited to announce a revitalized ministry for our church family, previously known as Prime Time. We are rolling out Oh the Places You ll Go. Our goal will be to provide an activity each month, with transportation. Our first activity will be a bus trip to Mepkin Abbey Creche Festival on December 1 with lunch at the Barony house. There is no cost for this festival but they do request a donation. There will be a $3.00 cost to defray bus expenses and the cost for lunch will be on your own. There are 10 spaces available and reservations will be taken on a first come basis. Please contact the church office to register (office@jamesislandpc.org or ). Contact Nancy Tassin ( ) if you have any questions. CALL ALLING ALL SHEPHERDS AND ANGELS NGELS! Christmas Pageant rehearsals for children grades 1-5 continue Wednesday, November 9. We will rehearse for a full hour from 5-6 in the choir room. This is a very special program and we encourage all children to join us for these rehearsals, even if you do not regularly participate in choir. There is a lot of music to learn, so we ask that you start coming to rehearsal now, in preparation for the pageant on December 14. Our pageant grows in number each year and we have volunteer opportunities for interested parents. Please contact Julie Frye ( ) for further information. I really don't know how I could have gotten through the valley of these past days without the visits, notes, calls, cards and fervent prayers of my church family.
