NURSERY STAFF NEEDED MISSION MEXICO MISSION TRIP An information meeting will be held February 28 th & March 6 th at 4:00pm for those interested in being a part of our mission trip to Merida, Mexico in June. ONE GREAT HOUR Over the next several weeks, we will be collecting a special offering for One Great Hour, supporting our Mexico Mission Trip. So far we have raised $1,968. Envelopes are in the friendship registers for cash offerings or simply make your check payable to JIPC, memo: One Great Hour. WORSHIP TOGETHER OGETHER, for early elementary children, goes through the what & why of Presbyterian worship, in preparation for taking 1 st Communion on Maundy Thursday. It meets on Sundays after the 11:00 am Children s Time, and concludes on Palm Sunday, March 20. BANQUET AND AUCTION UCTION: The youth will continue to sell tickets and accept donations through March 6 for our March 12 fundraising banquet. CROSS Mid-Hi mission trip to Charlotte, NC, for rising 6 th -9 th graders, will be June 12-17, and will cost $265/youth. Save the date! EASTER EGGS WANTED ANTED: We are now collecting candy- or toy-filled plastic Easter eggs for the Palm Sunday Easter Egg hunt. Bring your contributions to Duncan s office any time between now and March 13! PALM SUNDAY FESTIVAL ESTIVAL: Join us on Sunday, March 20 in the gym at noon for a family-oriented festival, with bounce house, Easter egg hunt, crafts, hot dog lunch, and games!
