Corpus Christi and Apostolic Action Fair Celebration: Sunday, May 29th, 9:00a.m. Mass and recommitment of Communion Ministers. Then, honor the Lord present in the Blessed Sacrament and witness our Faith to the community by taking part in a 1/2 mile procession with the Blessed Sacrament through the neighborhood. First Communicants, servers and their families are invited to take a special part in the procession and Benediction. A brunch is planned. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament followed by procession with the Blessed Sacrament and the Statue of Our Lady of Fatima through the city of Pittsburgh and return to Epiphany for Benediction, May Crowning, optional Blessing for Healing and refreshments. For those who wish to stay, there will be a blessing for healing. For those who cannot process, the Rosary will be prayed at Epiphany Church during the procession. Your donations of household items that you no longer need can greatly benefit our neighbors in need and are greatly appreciated. Clean used clothing, bedding, and draperies as well as small working appliances such as vacuum cleaners, blenders, and mixers and miscellaneous household items are always in need. Also, we are looking for volunteers to assist with loading the truck. This is a great opportunity to gain your service hours. JOSEPH SOCIETY is seeking volunteers from Madonna Parish so it can extend its service there. The Society memorializes the recently deceased by placing copies of their obituaries, and pictures when available, on designated bulletin boards for a month. The Society promotes prayer for the deceased through the intercession of St. Joseph, the patron of a holy death.
