If you would like to include your father, grandfather, husband, uncle, brother, or loved one in our Father s Day Mass Intentions, Father s Day Spiritual Bouquet Mass Cards will be available after all Masses in the Narthex. The Mass Intentions will be placed before the statue of Saint Joseph on the Altar for Father s Day and remain there through the end of June. He seeks until He has found it again. What man is there of you that hath a hundred sheep, and if he shall lose one of them, doth he not leave the ninety-nine in the desert, and go after that which was lost, until he find it? And when he hath found it, lay it upon his shoulders rejoicing, and coming home, call together his friends and neighbours, saying to them: Rejoice with me, because I have found my sheep that was lost? 2 CCD News For any current CCD family who missed the last week of CCD class, please return your books to Mrs. Rooney. There will be at a table in the back of the hall, after both Masses over the next few weeks. If she is not there, please leave your book on the table for her. Re-Registration and New Registration for CCD students will continue throughout June. Please contact Mrs. Rooney if you need forms. Nursing Home Mass On the Second Friday of each month at 11:00 a.m. volunteers pray the Rosary and attend Mass said by Fr. Pasley at the Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center at Virtua in Berlin. The next Nursing Home Mass will be July 9. Latin Classes Classes are free of charge and are held nd th every 2 and 4 Sunday from 9:45 to 10:45 AM. Mater Ecclesiae Council #12833 meetings are held on the 2 nd & 4 th Mondays of the month at 8:00 p.m. in the Knights Room. The Scriptural Rosary and Prayer for Vocations are said at 7:30 p.m. in the Church. New members are welcome. Dress Code We want to foster the greatest reverence and respect for Our Lord at Mater Ecclesiae. Our attire is an outward expression of our love for the Lord and shows how important He is to us. It is also a sign of our respect for the House of God. Therefore, one should always wear their Sunday Best to Mass: modesty, good taste and common sense should prevail. Accordingly, the following rules apply: NO SHORTS, EVER, FOR MEN, WOMEN OR CHILDREN. Women: No revealing clothing, low necklines, short skirts or bare midriffs. Please dress modestly with dignity and self-respect. We suggest that women wear a head covering. Men: No tattered, soiled work clothes, old jeans or gym clothes. Please wear business or business casual attire to set a good example for our young men and boys.

Thank You! Saint John Baptiste Vianney Novena To end the Year of the Priest, we will have a Novena to Saint John Vianney starting on Saturday, June 12 and ending on Sunday, June 20. Novena Booklets are available in the back of the Church for anyone who wants to pray the Novena. Saint John Vianney, Patron Saint of Priests, Pray for our priests that they may do the will of God and remain faithful servants of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Confraternity of St. Benedict With Fr. Pasley s approval, encouragement, and blessing, a new group dedicated to fostering the praying of the Traditional Divine Office is forming. It is called the Confraternity of St. Benedict and membership is open to any Catholic man, woman, or child (above the age of reason). The purpose of this Confraternity is twofold: Firstly, to promote the communal praying of the Divine Office in the chapel and the private recitation thereof among its members at home; secondly, to foster more generally a liturgical Catholic spirituality in the spirit of the writings of Dom Prosper Gueranger.
