1 Royal Lane Baptist Church Diverse People United in Christ THE MOSAIC June 6, 2012 Volume 26 Issue 11 In gratitude for Jonathan Brink From the Pastor Times of parting often come too soon. It seems like only a few weeks ago that Jonathan Brink joined our staff. Too soon we must say goodbye. As you have read elsewhere, Jonathan has accepted the invitation of Richland Hills Christian Church to be their Associate Pastor of Music and Worship. This represents a next step in his vocational journey, as well as an opportunity to return to his home denomination, which is Disciples of Christ. Jonathan has served our church extremely well. His spiritual maturity and wisdom are exceptional for a person his age. Also, everybody loves him! Those of us who have worked with him on the staff fully intend to keep him as a permanent colleague, and will look forward to having him return to Royal Lane for frequent visits. As you have the opportunity, express to Jonathan your gratitude for the investment he has made in our young people and the positive impact he has had on the rest of us. David 2nd Art Festival Scheduled for Sept 15 24, 2012! Welcome to Cynthia Murphy Cynthia joined RLBC on May 27, 2012 Our first Art Festival was very successful!
