He was born March 31, 1967, in Michigan City, Indiana, to the late Lemmie and Iris (Sims) McCay. He is survived by his wife, Laurie (Pitts) McCay, four children: Iris McCay, Justin (Molly Stacy) McCay, Gene McCay and Kip McCay, three grandchildren, one brother, Dion (Lori) McCay.
