2 Another successful week of hosting families is complete. We had 3 families stay with us this time with children ranging from 2-10 years old. Mark your calendars for our next hosting date of May 20th - 27th. Interested in being involved with this ministry outreach, please See Dale Brown, Tom Morrow or Kyle Hildebrand for more information. A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out for the Deacons Fundraiser!!!! We feed over 55 people were served and over $400 was raised for the Family Promise Deacon fund!!! A representative from Hubbard's Florist will demonstrate flower arranging on Friday, April 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the church Fellowship Hall. All women of the church are invited. There is no charge for the evening. The Mothers ' N Others Club will have a business meeting at 6:00 p.m. before the flower program. Hostess for the evening are Janice Palance and Ann Bove. Special Business Meeting To accept & ratify the new By-Laws Wednesday April 25th 7:00pm Social Hall Copies of the proposed By- Laws can be found in the church office. Please contact Michele for a copy or see a Transitional Leadership Team Member: Brian Beals, Ruth Boss, Brian Evelich, Kyle Hildebrand, Tom Morrow, Evan Powell, Todd Williams The International Tasting & Silent Auction will be held Friday, April 27th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Bridge Community Church, fellowship hall. Tickets are $10.00 per person. Children 10 years old and under are free. The evening is sponsored by the Mothers 'N Other's Club. Anyone having items to donate for the Silent Auction can contact the church office. Some items will be available to vote on Sunday, April 22 after worship. Bidding will close at 7:00 p.m. the night of the tasting.

3 Saturday April 7th 9:00am - 3:00pm Pizza Lunch Provided See a Trustee for more details on tasks that need to be done. Paul Beals, 71, went to be with our Lord on February 15. He was a lifetime member of Bristol Baptist/Bridge Community Church. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, April and children, Todd and wife Debbie, Kelly Daniels and husband Guy and Ron Pinheiro and wife Cynthia. Paul leaves 6 grandchildren Emily, Meagan, Mallorie, Sarah, John and Ben. Paul lived in Terryville for the last 49 years and was a police officer for 33 years. We will miss Paul s wonderful, wacky sense of humor, his smile and hugs. Pastor Todd officiated a Memorial Service celebrating Paul s Life at Bridge Community Church on March 17th. Please continue to keep April and the entire Beals clan in your thoughts and prayers. We will be collecting clothing for the clothing drive until 2pm on Saturday 5th. We are partnering with Savers of Bristol for this fundraiser. You can rent your own spot to sell items.
