HALSEY ENCAMPMENT REINSTITUTED 15 YEARS LATER WITH HIGH HOPES Things went a week late, due to the huge snow storm that hit the historical moment. There were 24 Patriarchs in all. The Charter and number s history: Encampment #32 had a rich It took great members to start the ball rolling: Past Grand Master after granting permission from Grand Encampment to reinstitute. Following the reinstitution and nomination and election as the last Encampment that was instituted was our own GP s Odd Fellowship. Ralph Very s grandfather was responsible for bringing Alton into the Odd Fellows so many years ago. Ralph, shown left, is a 3rd generation Odd Fellow. His son Russell, shown right, is now 4th generation. GP Ramsey gives the reigns back to PDDGP and charter CP Alton Arnold, who gave the encampment up 15 years ago.
