5 Missions July Mission of the Month: Brothers and Sisters in Christ Serving (B.A.S.I.C.S) Calvary s Mission of the Month (MOM) is B.A.S.I.C.S, a nonprofit organization focused outreach ministries in the metropolitan Milwaukee area. The goal is to strengthen the overall Milwaukee Christian community by demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ to those who are poor and in need of a caring friend. Mission of the Month donations in July will go to their books and Bible s program, which purchases books and Bibles to distribute in impoverished areas. Thanks to all of the dedicated members who contributed their time, talents and treasures to Calvary s Mission-Servant Month. You have made a difference at church, in the community and beyond. May God bless you! News & Opportunities Bottled Water Collection for July 4th Celebration: The Calvary Deacons will again be offering bottled water along the Brookfield 4th of July parade route. Please think about buying a case of water when you are out shopping. Bring it to room 107 in the Sunday School hallway. Donated bottles will be labeled with Calvary's worship schedule. Thank you in advance for your donations and for helping keep the community hydrated during the parade. Starry Nights Outdoor Sharon Lynne Wilson Center July 8 6:30pm. Come to the free outdoor concert performed by Four Guys in Dinner Jackets at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center on Friday, July 8 at 6:30pm. Pack your lawn chairs & picnic baskets and enjoy an evening of good music and fellowship! Sign up sheets are on the glass doors in the narthex. If you'd like, we will take your lawn chairs over to the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center and pre-set up. Drop off your chairs in classroom #103 no later than noon Friday, July 8.
