We urge everyone to come to receive this beautiful Sacrament as the proper way to prepare ourselves for Christmas. Nativity Scenes are a classic tradition and are great to display during the Advent season. To make the display especially poignant, wait until Christmas Eve to place the Baby Jesus into the scene. We invite you to bring the statues of the Baby Jesus which will adorn your home Nativity Scenes to the sacristy after Mass to have them blessed. Instead of collecting toys or clothes for strangers, we are asking you to donate GIFT CARDS which we will give to families in need. In this way we preserve their dignity and allow them to buy what they really need, when they really need it. This is totally anonymous giving. No one knows who gave what to whom. If you are willing to help us, just drop the gift cards in the collection basket on the weekends, and we will distribute hem. Anonymous generosity is the best kind! Thanks for thinking of others.
