I was so impressed with their eloquence and comfort that I felt the Holy Spirit was telling me to share these prayers with all of you. If you are going through difficult times now or in the future, these prayers will give you hope. Let us thank God at all times and under whatever circumstances. Thank Him for our creation and existence. Thank Him for everything. Let us thank God for all His plans for the future- for trials and humiliations, as well as great joys and consolations. God s plans are always for the best, always wonderful. But most especially for the patient and the humble who trust in Him, are His plans infinitely holy and sublime. Thank God frequently, not only for the blessings of the past and present but thank Him ahead of time whatever He foresees is pleasing to Him that we suffer. How wonderful the works of the Lord, how inexplicable His ways, His mercy above them all. Amen. Blessed Solanus Casey OFM Cap. He has kept you hitherto, and He will lead you safely through all things and when you cannot stand it, God will bury you in His arms. If you have any questions please contact Andrea Burton at Mass Cancellation During Inclement Weather The following policies are in effect for St. Joseph Parish when inclement weather threatens: On mornings when there is a school Mass, if there is a 2 hour delay the Mass will be at 1:30 p.m. IF school is cancelled, the Mass is CANCELLED. If school is cancelled on a day when Mass is in the evening, please listen to the radio or call the Parish Office ( ) to check to see if Mass is cancelled for that evening. Father Chris will make a decision by Noon on those days. Whenever a county/city within the Diocese of Toledo is placed under a Level 3 Snow Emergency, the Catholic Churches will cancel Masses. Catholics in that region therefore, are dispensed from their obligation to attend. Catholics are encouraged to participate in Holy Mass via television, radio or internet making a spiritual Communion Tune in to FM or WMFD.com for updates.
