The annual church rummage sale will be on June 3, 4, 5 this year. You can start bringing items to church and placing them in the youth room. Please DO NOT bring televisions or any computer equipment. If the church is locked just call Barb at , and she will let you in. The profits this year will go towards Pens for Hens a non-profit organization which was created locally by Gordie Gasch, a former Ag teacher in Brillion. Gordie with a group of volunteers went to Haiti to begin the Pens for Hens project. One way is to teach people in poor areas to produce their own food. It provides supplies and teaches the Haitians how to care for laying hens and to add protein to their diets through eggs. Along with the rummage sale we will also have a brat fry and bake sale. We will be looking for volunteers to grill and sell the hamburgers and brats, donate treats for the bake sale and help throughout the rummage sale. MAY BULLETINS were donated by Irma Fischer in thanksgiving for all of God s blessings.

2 COLLECTING PLASTIC LIDS/CAPS FOR CAPS OF LOVE. We are accepting ONLY PLASTIC, NOT ANYTHING WITH METAL ON IT! This organization collects these hard plastic covers and uses the money to purchase wheelchairs for disabled children. It is very easy to do. To name a few common caps and lids to collect would be from cream cheese containers, caps from plastic beverages, milk jug caps, peanut butter lids, laundry detergent caps, medication covers, spray paint covers, ice cream lids, toothpaste caps with the list going on and on. They accept any color plastic, but ask that you remove any metal or paper attached to the plastic and make sure the plastic is clean before donating. There is a container available in the fellowship hall. SCRIP: LAST MINUTE MOTHER S DAY GIFT - purchase a gift card. Looking for the perfect confirmation or graduation gifts?
