PARISH NURSE PROGRAMS Fit Forever Chair Exercise Program The Fit Forever Chair Exercise Program meets Tuesdays, at 9 am in Room 10 in the Parish Activity Center. This free program is a workout at 3 different levels, for men and women 55 and older. If you have any questions, please call the Parish Office at Free Blood Pressure Screening & Nurse Consultation Tuesday, June 5, :30-10:30 am Parish Activity Center Bereavement Support Group Begins Wed., June 6th Have you or someone you know lost a loved one? The next 4 week Bereavement Support Group will meet on Wednesdays beginning June 6th. Meetings will be held at 7:00 pm in the Parish Activity Center in Room 10. No pre-registration is required. Your generosity is greatly appreciated! Summer Camp Experience for Young Men ages "Do you know where your life is going?" The Lord Jesus has a great plan for you! You are invited to attend the first annual Quo Vadis Days camp to spend time with other young men your age looking at the Lord s call in your life while having lots of fun. Quo Vadis Days is an overnight camp led by priests and seminarians of the diocese and includes a full schedule of hiking, swimming, canoeing, sports and games, daily Mass and prayer, and opportunities to grow in friendship with the Lord and with each other.
