By providing pastoral care, catechesis, and aid, your donations help restore the strength of the Church in the region. Please give generously to the collection. Fasting is to be observed by all 18 years of age and older, and those who have not yet celebrated their 59th birthday. On a fast day, one full meal is allowed. BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY AND ENJOY A WONDERFUL LENTEN MEAL Women s Guild The Women s Guild will be holding bake sales at the Fish Fry Dinners. Delicious, lovingly baked whole cakes, pies, and breads will be available to purchase and enjoy! This is a fundraiser which supports our many activities throughout the year as well as funding charitable donations. Stations of the Cross will be held every Friday at 7:00 pm during the season of Lent beginning on Friday, February 16 th. 2

The core of our faith incorporates both the pain of the cross and the hope of the resurrection into daily living. In solidarity with those who hunger, we will FAST NO solid food for 24 hours. The theme of this year s retreat is Love is the Evidence. During the FAST, we will partner with Catholic Relief Services to host the Helping Hands Project at our parish. We will all work together to package 10,000 meals for those who suffer from chronic hunger in the African na on of Burkina Faso.
