1 PHONE: (972) Michael Wayne Dickerson March 15, August 17, 2008 Michael Wayne Dickerson, age 28 of Richardson, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2008 in Richardson. He was born on March 15, 1980 in Dallas, Texas. Michael served his country in the US Army. He is survived by his aunt and uncle, Gail and Greg Martin of Richardson, Texas; parents, Rebecca Taylor of Denison, Texas and Darrell Dickerson of Waco, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Kristina and Joshua Harris of Wylie, Texas; grandmother, Carolyn Martin of Farmers Branch, Texas; niece, Madelynn Harris; nephew, Preston Harris; several uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of friends. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a Visitation on Wednesday evening beginning at 6:00PM. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at First Baptist Church of Frisco with Dr. Chuck Martin and Pastor Elwood Larson officiating. Memorials A fellow soldier of mine who I just recently found out passed away. He was a good friend without a doubt. SHANA ANDERSON, JANUARY 5, 2011 Michael was & is my Angel. I can say that I was blessed with the gift of bringing him into this world. He was my only son & a God send. He has taught me so much. If not for Michael I would have not seen the true gift of life's

2 lessons. God also blessed me with his sister, Tina. I believe everything happens for a reason. If not for Greg & Gail I would not have had God's full blessing. They are the reason I also was given a joy that was the link in God's plan. They have been my guardian's as well. They gave when & what I couldn't. And on the other hand I gave them the gift of the most important responsibility, loving, and providing and contributing to raising two wonderful people in the world. I can't imagine the pain they have without Michael. If it is as mine I don't know how they manage. I know God is taking care of us all. And Michael will help God now to teach me the rest of my life. It is true that my heart is in thier hands and I will one day walk handin hand with both. I had a special relationship that no one could ever have with Michael. I was told by everyone that Michael loved me so much. And they would walk away. It's to bad that they didn't see just how much. I will learn to live life a new way now. Life that God and Michael will teach, give, & show me the way. I will miss his visits, phone calls & a card every now and then, just to say, "I love you Mamma." He was my sunshine & I was his Mamma! I love you Michael!!!, NOVEMBER 27, 2008 I am so sorry to hear about Michael passing away. He was so sweet and still had a special innocence when it came to a mothers love...i remember a few years ago he had come to visit and ended up on the steps of a building downtown and i saw him and pulled over...i asked him if he wanted a ride home and he refused, but did ask me to go to his mommas house and ask her to pick him up...i am so sorry for your loss and will miss him...he will stay in my heart forever. Psalm 9:9 LAYLA DAWN DODSON, AUGUST 20, 2008 There are so many memories I don't know where to start. Michael is my cousin and has been so special to me his whole life. When we would get together at my Aunt Gails house he was the first person I would look for when I arrived. There wasn't a time I talked to Tina that I didn't ask how is Michael or have you seen Michael lately? I have never seen a bond between a brother and sister

4 like they had, it was unconditional. They took care of each other. There were even times in my childhood when we lived under the same roof, and I used to think of those times as hard but today when I think of them I know it was a blessing. It was times like those that made all of us cousins so close. Not to mention I would have missed out on things like Michael putting on my leg warmers I had gotten for Christmas(in the 80s) all the way up to his diaper, trying to get a laugh from everyone, and he did! I just want to say thank you to my Aunt Gail and Uncle Greg for giving Michael such a great life, a life he had never known. The love they showed him was the same a mother and father would give their son, and he truly loved and respected them for that. I hope everyone got to hear Michael's laugh at some point in their life because that is what I will remember most!
