PASTOR REVIEW AND INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE If you received a survey, or have chosen to complete one, the deadline to have them returned to the office is today. As always all seniors are invited. ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL PARENTS AND YOUTH There will be a meeting with youth and parents on Wednesday, May 27 at 7:00 pm to discuss details and expectations for the KC Convention June 30-July 6. Hope to see everyone there! DISCERNING PASTORAL RESPONSIBILITIES After the worship service on June 7 we will meet in Fellowship Hall from 12:00 to 1:00 for a light lunch provided by Church Council and table conversation to discern the areas of responsibility for an associate pastor. 3 MENNONITE DISASTER SERVICE Mennonite Disaster Service has an urgent need for volunteers, May 24 - June 18. All skill levels are welcome. Please consider coming to Pilger, Nebraska, for one day or more, or consider a week or longer. Your efforts will help four families who survived the June 2014 tornado get back home by the end of the summer. Meals and overnight accommodations are provided for volunteers. (Please bring food items that can withstand outside temperatures) OFFERING FOR BIBLE SCHOOL The offering for Bible School will be items for MCC School Kits. Next Sunday, May 31, during Worship in the Park, the kids will be assembling the kits. BEYOND FAITH CHURCH LOOKING FOR BAKED GOODS Kidron Bethel Village is looking for baked good donations for the 4th of July Extravaganza Cake Walk & Bake Sale. The sales for these events go towards our Healthcare Benevolent Fund supporting our residents care. Bethel College Alumni Weekend this year is June 5-7 on campus, including the Alumni Banquet and recognition of the 2015 Outstanding Alumnus and Distinguished Achievement Award winner.
