As we honor these important moments in the lives of our younger friends, I encourage you to take a moment and pray over them individually. While we cheer them on, we also know God has much more in store for each of them. We pray these special moments will be but stepping stones that spur them on to be lifelong learners not just of the world but of the One who created the world. The Lord bless and keep you! The youth were asked to share their confirmation scripture and to answer this question: What will you walk away with from your confirmation experience or how has confirmation impacted your faith? Blake Brown Scripture: John 3:16 I will walk away with knowing that I have come closer to Jesus. I learned lots about the Bible and an understanding of it. That is what I will walk away with.
