5 The theme for this years Inland District Annual Meeting is CELEBRATING OUR SACRED SPACES Our speaker will be Robyn Gregory, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She will be speaking on Maternal and Child Health Care. The Meeting will be held at Community United Methodist Church 1470 W. In September, members of our church collect supplies to support the staff and students of Audubon Elementary School. Last year we collected almost 300 boxes of tissues. The staff were simply amazed at the generous support that lasted well into the school year. This year we will again be collecting and donating tissues. Can you help us reach 300 boxes (or more) and amaze them again this September? Tissue boxes of all shape and sizes can be brought in on Sunday, September 9th and left in the collection bins in the Church Narthex. Thank you for your continued support of the students and staff of this wonderful neighborhood school. 15 th Annual Family Promise Civic Theater Benefit Night Wednesday, October 10, :30 pm for refreshments & raffle 7:30 pm Curtain Mary Poppins Broadway s Perfectly Magical Musical I have 10 tickets for the benefit.
