Mark your calendar for the Blood Drive At Millington United Methodist Church in the Fellowship Hall Hosted by The Pineview Mennonite Church Friday, September 8th 1:00-6:45 p.m. Join us Sunday, September 10th at 10 a.m. for our last combined service for the summer. It is also Rally, Pastor John will be Blessing the Backpacks and we will have a potluck immediately following the service. Hot Dogs and drinks provided, please bring a dish to pass. *Tuesday, 10 a.m. Bible Study will begin on September 12th *Wednesday, 8 a.m. Men s Bible Study will begin on September 13th Choir practice will begin on Wednesday, September 6th at 6:15 p.m. Please see Janine Britt if you would like to sing with the choir or if you have questions. The Church Office will be closed on Monday, September 4th for Labor. United Methodist Church Invites you to join them on Wednesdays At 5:30 p.m. for dinner. WHAT DO STEPHEN MINISTERS DO? Stephen Ministers work alongside our pastors to care, encourage, and provide emo onal and spiritual support to people who are going through a difficult me such as divorce, grief, hospitaliza on, unemployment, terminal illness, reloca on, chronic illness, or loneliness. St. Paul Lutheran Church will begin training another class of Stephen Ministers on Mon., Oct. 2, 7-9pm. If you have gi s for caring, encouragement, and listening, please begin to prayerfully consider whether you might want to become a part of this exci ng ministry.
