1 THE ORDER OF THE ILLUMINATI BY Dr. Preston T. Bailey, Jr. HISTORY: Adam Weishaupt, a professor of Canon Law at Ingolstadt University and a former Jesuit. In 1975 he became dean of the faculty of law at Ingolstadt University. He formed a secret society called the Order of the Illuminati within the existing Masonic lodges of Germany. Masonry itself is considered a secret society so the Illuminati is a secret society within a secret society. It was formed on May 1, 1776 in Bavaria, Germany. The early members of the Bavarian Illuminati were also called Perfectibilists or perfect ones. The sun was their symbol represented by a circle with a dot in the middle and rays emanating around the circle. The Bavarian monarch issued an order for the arrest of members of the Illuminati. They said that they would have taken control of all of Bavaria if they did not stop them so many were arrested and Weishaupt fled the area. Members of the Illuminati were discovered throughout the government, judges, the military, education, scientists, barons, physicians, business leaders, financial leaders, and even the Governor of Transylvania. Members of the Illuminati fled to France, Italy, Poland, England, and America. The whole plan for governing the Order is reprinted in Barruel's Memoirs pages It entails Weishaupt's instructions to his Regents, Local Superiors, Provincials and National Directors. The international character is stressed in a letter to the National Superiors: "In every nation there shall be a National Director associated and in direct communication with our Fathers, the first of whom holds the helm of the Order." From 1776 to 1785? when the Bavarian Illuminati was openly active? Benjamin Franklin was in Pariis serving as the ambassador of the United States to France. During his stay, he became Grand Master of the lodge Les Neufs Soeurs which was attached with the Grand Orient of France. This Masonic organization was said to have become the French headquarters of the Bavarian Illuminati. It was particularly influential in organizing of the French support for the American Revolution and was later part of the process towards the French Revolution. In 1799, when German minister G.W. Snyder warned George Washington of the Illuminati plan to overthrow all governments and religion, Washington replied that he had heard much of the nefarious and dangerous plan and doctrines of the Illuminati. He however concluded his letter by stating: I believe notwithstanding,

2 that none of the Lodges in this country are contaminated with the principles ascribed to the society of Illuminati. Initially, members were recruited by insinuators and scruators. The initiate is expected to recruit as many members as possible. A "Brother Insinuator" has as an ultimate goal the job of making new proselytes for the Order. Some are specifically giving this task, but as a general rule everyone is obliged and all the brethren are Insinuators with varying success. Moreover, the laws of the Order decree that each Insinuator is the superior over every new recruit he has brought to the cause. In this manner every Illuminatus "may form to himself a petty empire; and from his littleness, emerge to greatness and power." With respect to the Insinuator, he will learn how to judge of those who are proper persons to be received or rejected, and he will carefully insert his reasons for the admission or rejection of those persons in his monthly statements." [Ibid. 416] The Insinuator cannot pursue either Pagans or Jews, and above all he is to "shun the Ex-Jesuits like he would the plague. PURPOSE: The purpose of the Illuminati is the pursuit of knowledge so each member is a student and is required to learn to study the ancients and other mysteries of the universe. Each student is to advance through a series of lessons in different subjects. The members were to meet twice a month in a gathering that is always on the full moon. At the commencement of each meeting, the President reads chosen passages from the Bible, Seneca, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius, or Confucius. Barruel notes the care taken to give all the works the same weight and authority. After the lecture, each pupil is questioned on the "books which he has read since the last meeting; on the observations or discoveries he may have made; and on the labours or services toward the progress of the Order." Many of the famous great thinkers of the day were members of the Illuminati: Goethe, Hegel, and numerous others. Prince Karl and the House of Hessee connected the dynasty of the Rothschild Dynasty to the Illumati. The 13 bloodlines are: the Astors, the Bundys, the Collins, the DuPonts, the Freemans,

3 the Kennedys, the Li, the Onassis, the Reynolds, the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, the Russells and the Van Duyns You must start out as a scholar and progress up the ladder to a professor, then to a father and grandfather in the Academy of the Illuminati or Illuminism and is also known as the Minerval Schools.. Each member of the Academy is called a Minerval, but the whole of the school is called the "Brethren of Minerva." An important symbol for the "Brethren of Minerva" is of course the owl. David Livingstone first proposed a theory to me in the following manner: In Greece, the dying-god was known as Dionysus, a practice adopted by the Greeks from the worship of Mithras by the Babylonian Magi. Similarly, child sacrifice was also involved in his cult. Dionysus is interchangeable with Apollo, and Apollo's counterpart is Athene or Minerva, whose symbol is the owl. Thus the owl became an important Illuminati symbol, and was adapted to the name of one of their grades, the "Minervals". Hegel was a member of the Illuminati. The name of the Journal of the Hegel Society of North America is the "Owl of Minerva". The "Bird of Minerva" has been a symbol for the goddess of wisdom (Athena/Minerva) for thousands of years and it is also the symbol of the Bohemian Grove Club. In the Cremation of Care ceremony, ritualized at the Bohemian Grove, we hear the "Priest" intone: "O thou, great symbol of all mortal wisdom, Owl of Bohemia, we do beseech thee, grant us thy counsel." The main elite groups and councils are: the International Crisis Group, the Council on Foreign Relations, the World Economic Forum, the Brookings Institution, Chatham House, the Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg Group. 4 Those I counsel coming out of the Illuminati tell me that Obama is the "John the Baptist for the coming of the Antichrist." Several told me that several months ago Obama met the leader of the Illuminati in Denver, Colorado at the Deep Underground Military Base (DUMB) and told him to advance faster removing the rights and freedoms of America. Right after that, Obama pushed the NDAA and he signed it into law. The Illuminati chose Obama to be the president and they want him re-elected. While Obama was running for president, several months before anything was ever mentioned about his birth certificate, one person in the Illuminati told me that 5 document experts flew to Hawaii to forge his birth certificate. They said he was born in Kenya like his grandmother and stepbrother. 1. There will be a global financial crisis. This is building up now all over the world. Countries will go bankrupt. This is close to happening now in Europe. It is called the PIIGS: Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece, and Spain. The Euro will collapse with the US dollar right behind it. Currencies will have little value. The US dollar will no longer be the reserve currency. 2. Countries will begin to unite together for mutual benefit. Several countries will end up with one leader. Countries will sign mutual agreements together. This will continue to expand until more and more countries merge together to follow the same rules. 3. There will be a world food shortage caused by the weather, disease, dead bees, etc. People will do just about anything for food. Unemployment will be very high so people will do anything for work to feed their families. 80% of all seeds right now are genetically modified to not produce seeds. They are owned by Monsanto. When they modify 100% of the seeds, people will have to do whatever Monsanto says for those seeds. 4. Finally, the US government will tell the people they will give them food for their guns. Because people will be hungry, they will give up their guns no matter what they may say now!

5 Then it will be too late! The Antichrist will come forward and unite all countries together and have strict rules for everyone to follow or else. They will not be able to buy or sell without the "Mark of the Beast." Also, many of the top leaders in the US military are in the Illuminati and are in the process of getting everything strategically placed within the US. I was told they have weapons far advanced of what is made public that can decimate any group or army. It is called "Scalar Electromagnetic Technology." It can control the weather, shoot down airplanes and satellites, and other things similar to what Tom Bearden describes: I just finished talking to someone in the Illuminati that is almost out of that group who became a Christian. 2 weeks ago here in the Tampa Bay area in Florida, the International leaders in the Illuminati around the world met here for this important meeting. I think this was a major meeting before carrying out their final plans. Very important people attended the meeting including President George and Laura Bush. The reason they met here is because one of the main Central Commands in the US military is right here. The United States military in all branches are highly infiltrated by members of the Illuminati. This means specifically that these are trans-generational Illuminists family members that have reached high official levels in the US military. These people in the military are not considered super soldiers because they say those are just alters that would be soldiers for the family and that was an old project. Their technology has now advanced so much that these military officers are considered part of a robotic system. These Illuminists are called robots because they are easier to control than the older super soldier system. A robotic internal system is similar to an actual robot

6 that is operated by a remote control keypad that instantly performs tasks they are commanded to obey. In an actual robot, it is composed of an electro-mechanical mechanism guided by a computer or electronic programming. In a robotic soldier, it is an actual human but a computer and related mechanisms are downloaded into his or her brain using an advanced process so the robot responds based on specific commands by remote control. Any human part becomes catatonic or paralyzed so that the robot commands take over so the person will carry out tasks for the Illuminati. Robots can switch instantly to obey their masters with little or no freewill involved. This process is related to the moment known as singularity except the robots are physical humans. They are similar to cybernetic organisms which is a selfregulating organism that contains a combination of natural (human fleshly) components with artificial (mechanical, electronic, or robotic) components except there is no physical robotic or mechanical parts. Anyone who has worked with those with Dissociative Identity Disorder caused by Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA/DID) understands that many of these people already have internal computers in their internal systems. The Illuminati has worked for years to get these robotic family members placed in strategic high ranking military positions in order to control the U.S. military when they are given the signal by remote control using advanced wave technology that they have developed after many years of research. There are thousands of these human robots spread throughout the United States that have been placed in key locations in the military when they plan to take over the country. The last several weeks, large numbers of troops, equipment, ammunitions, and supplies have been redistributed to strategic locations to prepare for this moment of takeover when Illuminati human robots will receive the signal to carry out their orders. Most of what the Illuminati does is planned years ahead of time including preparing the people who will carry out the assigned tasks and changing the laws necessary to accomplish their goals. We know that recently the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) was passed and signed into law violating Posse Comitatus and our Miranda rights by allowing American citizens to be arrested without charges and held indefinitely. So now all the necessary laws are in place to allow the military to take control of this country through martial law which I expect to happen before this summer.

7 Modern members of the Illuminati came to the United States through Operation paperclip at the end of World War II. After WWII, U.S. intelligence did not want Nazi scientists to be taken to Russia so they brought them to the US through Operation Paperclip. Joseph Mengele, nicknamed the Angel of Death, the physician who experimented on Holocaust victims, especially twins, went to work for the Illuminati whose goal was and is to create a superior race and obedient (mind controlled) amoral agents who will execute upon command. Their ultimate goal - a New World Order. The 13 families of the Illuminati are highly intelligent, wealthy, elite bluebloods of arranged marriages, who control the banks of the world and have access to the highest technological and scientific advances. You cannot join. You are born into it. The bloodlines include the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Kennedys, Freemans, DuPonts, Onassis, Astors, Bundys, Collins, Lis, Reynolds, Russells, and Van Duyns. It is far more advanced than HAARP. But the Illuminati have a partnership with Russia and Iran which they call Persia. They also have developed technology called "Project Blue Beam." They have Illuminati members that work in NASA. I did not get any of this original information from the internet but from what people I counsel in the NWO told me before it was widely known. This project creates a type of holographic 3 dimensional image of the "Messiah" or "Mahdi" like you wrote about on your website. This video does a good job of describing it but it is not the same thing as HAARP. The Illuminati is composed of 13 bloodlines so people do not join it. They are born into it. Usually, they are involved in the fields of science, military, government, or finances. These people are "programmed" from birth to carry out the plans of the antichrist. I have traveled all over Germany, Canada, and the United States training Christian counselors how to get rid of this programming when the members become Christians. If Obama is re-elected, they will be able to take over the US by government laws and by military force.
