4 THE FIFTH SUNDAY OF LENT March 13, 2016 St. John the Evangelist Church is pleased to present the annual Thru the Eyes of Mary: Meditation on the Stations of the Cross A Concert Mediation Friday, March 18, 2016 (Friday before Palm Sunday) at 7 PM in the Main Church Featuring Mothers and Sons from our SJTE Confirmation Program & music by Maura Molloy and guest musicians YOUnite Passion Play Eucharistic Ministers for the Homebound Needed Sunday, March 20, :45 AM & 12:30 PM Masses St. John s is in need of Eucharistic Ministers for the homebound. During this Year of Mercy, what better way to live out the Corporal Work of Mercy of visiting the sick than by being a ministering to the homebound? Please join us for this annual youth group tradition. The youth group will perform a meditative reflection of the Passion following Communion. Please consider joining us for one of those Masses. As part of this ministry, you would be asked to visit one or two of our homebound parishioners after Mass each week to talk about the readings, bring them communion, and help them to keep in touch with the parish.
