BLOOD DRIVE FOR JANUARY Holy Name of Jesus will be hosting a Mississippi Valley Blood Drive, on Tuesday, January 23 from 4:00pm until 6:30pm in the Community Center. You are very important to the success of this drive. There is no other way to manufacture blood. It can only come from the generosity of people like you. There are approximately 700 families in our parish and our goal is only 20 pints. This should be easy, but don t wait for someone else take the leap and give so someone can live. And just a reminder, Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center has a program whereby our parish school, Christ Light of the Nations, will co-sponsor this blood drive and all future drives in our parish. As a result, Christ Light will receive $250 from Mississippi Valley, provided that the goal of 20 usable units is achieved. This money can be used as the school wishes.
