Our Lady of Loretto Choir Presents The Final Hours On Good Friday, after the 8 th grade s presentation of The Passion, the OLL choir invites our parish family to remain in Church to experience The Final Hours, their Holy Week Cantata. The music will tell the story of Jesus's ministry and life on earth in song. This has been a choir tradition for 15 years, and like their Christmas concert, the choir has been working very hard to show their love of Christ and His sacrifices.

7 SALVADOS POR EL AMOR DE DIOS Después de que los israelitas quebrantaron la antigua alianza, Dios prometió una nueva alianza, no con la sangre de bueyes y otros animales sino con la sangre del Hijo, Jesucristo. Esta nueva alianza, que Jeremías y los profetas habían anticipado, no sería grabada en piedra ni escrita en papel, sino que se escribiría en el corazón, para que pudiéramos conocer a Dios íntimamente. La salvación no está en obedecer muchos preceptos, sino en el amor de Dios, que está vivo y es real en nuestro corazón gracias al sacrificio de Cristo. Nuestra Eucaristía es la promesa del Cristo que vive dentro nuestro y de nuestra respuesta de alabanza y agradecimiento a Dios por su misericordia, amor y bondad al perdonar nuestros pecados y limpiarnos el corazón de todo mal. El Viernes Santo, después de la presentación de The Passion en el octavo grado, el coro OLL invita a nuestra familia parroquial a permanecer en la iglesia para experimentar "The Final Hours", su Cantata de Semana Santa. La música contará la historia del ministerio de Jesús y la vida en la tierra en la canción. Esta ha sido una tradición coral durante 15 años, y al igual que su concierto de Navidad, el coro ha trabajado arduamente para mostrar su amor por Cristo y sus sacrificios.
