This is how I used my time and talent for others during the past week: I cleaned up the yard; I helped take down Grandma and Grandpa s shed; I helped my sister pick up things off the floor; I supported my school. Grades 5th 12th This week my prayers of special intention were for: My step dad in the Philippines; My grades; Nan & Pop that they have a safe move; the military; For my sister and I to pass the EOA and FSA; those who are sad that they may find comfort. This is how I used my time and talent for others during the past week: I clean the house; Helping others; I helped clean the playroom; I helped calm a friend before a test. We will be updating the Military Bulletin Board in the narthex of the church this month. If you have an active duty family member in any of the branches of service, please provide a photo in an envelope indicating that it is for the military bulletin board. Bring by the office or place in the offertory basket. Make sure their name is on the back of the photo. Also, please provide your name and a contact number in case we need additional information. If you have a loved one on the current board who is no longer in the service, please notify the parish office or parish@stcatherineop.com so we can remove it and /or return it to you. Deadline for all submissions is May 21. Did you know there are people praying around the clock at St. Catherine? Even in the darkest hours of the night, in our Adoration Chapel, people kneel in front of the Blessed Sacrament and pray for the sick, for our parish family, our country, our world. Due to work obligations, serious health issues and family demands, we need more people to commit to spending a weekly holy hour of adoration in front of the Blessed Sacrament. St. Catherine is blessed to have Perpetual Adoration but we need your support.
