The monthly calendar is on the website as well. You may access our website with your cell phone. Highlights from the voters meeting on Jan. 26, 2014 Tuition for preschool will stay the same. The property committee will work on getting the best bid on a new digital sign to replace the church sign at the Hwy 32 entrance- this will be presented at the next voters meeting. Part of the parsonage roof needs to be replaced due to leaking in to the house. The Stewardship committee has planned a brunch and a dinner and show nightalso in the planning stages is an Aging seminar, a day trip to Door County, a Brewer game, and A Disaster Seminar. Dale and Linda Hopf agreed to mow the church property again this season. Don Hopf has resigned after serving 29 years on the cemetery board. The audit committee reported that the financial books are in order. The voters approved a new system for distribution of undesignated memorials and donations this will be split accordingly/ 15% to missions, 25% to endowment, 40% to improvement, and 20% to the general fund. A subcommittee under the stewardship committee will be responsible for obtaining and archiving important information and papers on Trinity's history. It was decided to add Channel 5 - Green Bay TV station to the list of places to find out about Trinity's cancellations. The voters approved using Thrivent funds to purchase new chairs for the basement to replace the older gray ones. ALTAR GUILD: Beginning Sunday,, 2014, Eileen Perronne will be our Florist for the Altar Guild. Eileen will work with us to make our altar look beautiful by displaying her flower arrangements and using her expertise to decorate. She is willing to deliver the flowers weekly when she can, and communicate to us when she cannot. The prices will stay the same and Eileen will choose what flowers to use at the end of each week to make the flower arrangements like Piggly Wiggly did.

4 FRUIT PICKUP REMINDER: If you ordered fruit, please make sure you pick it up after the early or late service today. The fruit will be in the lower fellowship hall. You may pay when you pick up your oder. BRUNCH AT BREAKING BREAD: Please join us for brunch at Breaking Bread in Sheboygan on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. Breaking Bread is located at 6451 S. Business Drive. There is a sign up sheet on the table in the narthex. LUTHERAN HIGH SUNDAY: Next Sunday is Lutheran High Sunday here at Trinity. DINNER AND A SHOW: On Friday, April 25, 2014 Trinity will be going out to eat at Town and Country and taking in a show at the Stefanie Weill Center. The show is The Texas Tenors. The highest ranking vocal group in the history of NBC's America's Got Talent, this trio sings a blend of country, gospel, classical, opera, and Broadway. Trinity has reserved 40 tickets and we have 10 left. We are able to get more tickets based on availability, when we sell our 40 tickets. Because this show will most likely be sold out, the Stefanie Weill Center needs our reservations by 3, Tickets are $35.57/person. We will meet at 5:45 p.m. at Town and Country for dinner. The show at the Stefanie Weill Center begins at 7:30 p.m. You may choose to go for dinner, the show or both the dinner and the show. Payment for the show can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. Please put payment in Toni s (Secretary) mailbox. There is a sign up sheet on the table in the Narthex. SPECIAL OFFERING FOR FEBRUARY: The special offering for February is Sheboygan Lutheran High School. Lutheran High School is in Sheboygan and our congregation is an association member. 5 OOPS: There is a mistake in the February Newsletter. There is not a Lenten Service on Wednesday, April 16. SCRIP: Purchasing Scrip is a great way everyone can help our church. Scrip cards look and are used just like gift cards. You simply purchase cards of your choice and use them just like a gift card. We have cards from any store imaginable, including restaurants, gas stations, department stores, drug stores, etc... You may use your card online or in the store.
