5 BREAKFAST CLUB for the parish begins in June with the Holyday of the Ascension of Our Lord on Thursday, June 2. After Liturgy, all through the summer on Holydays, those who wish will meet at Eat-n-Park in Westmont. SUNDAY SCHOOL NEWS Congratulations to our 1 st Confession students, JOSHUA MACHIK and SYMEON KOBAL. God bless them and protect them always. Graduate Sunday is scheduled for June 5 th. Notify Father Frank of any graduates beyond high school by May 22 nd. The last day of Sunday School for the summer is May 29 th. We wish everyone a safe and happy summer. Our Youth 1 st Sunday schedule will continue during June, July and August. Watch for details about our upcoming Summer VBS program from July 11 th through July 14 th. Our self-denial Lenten bank project netted over $50. Thanks to each student for participating. If anyone hasn t returned their banks, please do so before the end of Sunday School. ED CENTER NEWS Reminder: The Pork Chop Dinner is scheduled for Sunday, May 22 nd. Volunteers are needed to help on Saturday, May 21 st at 11 AM and Sunday during the event. The refrigerator in the Center had to be replaced due to a faulty compressor. The back-up sewage system has been repaired. Please promote our Center for future events.
