4 Page 4 The First Word July/August 2016 Greetings from the deacons! We were happy to see our new deacons come aboard at our June meeting. Heather Mueller, Nancy Geiger and Jeanette Asiala received their church member assignments as did the current deacons. Sometime in the near future we will have a meet and greet session so deacons and their members can get to know each other. Hope all is well with everyone and enjoy this great summer weather. Deacon, Jack Rae MISSION & OUTREACH: JULY Active Faith: It s the stuff you can sink your teeth into: PB&J!!! Permission slips are needed for those under 18 years; check with the Pastor to get one. Bob Cue or Anne Lyke can tell you about the activity if you are curious.
