Brother Polemarch thanked the administrative team that came up with the Kroc Center as a viable solution. Brother Polemarch also uttered his maintenance of the goal of having real estate of our own. Brother Horton summarized the recently conducted C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference at TCNJ, recognizing that 74 initiates were welcomed into the fraternity. Brother Polemarch spoke proudly of his astute welcome at the front door of the conference as he received a respectful nod from the Province leadership for the chapters timely completion of the certification process, much to the chagrin of several chapters lined up blocked from entrance because of noncompliance. Province Polemarch presented a Title IX update and the issue of compliance on college campuses. Brother Polemarch reviewed the chapter participation and support of the Breast Cancer Walk at Cooper River and reminded Brothers of the Turkey Basket drive. The chapter goal was to provide 150 turkeys which was met by gracious donations from chapter members and from proceeds from the Black Mask-off Kabaret, a fact that is not lost on the chapter exchequer. Brother Horton recognized the Kabaret chair Brother Keith Horne. Brother Polemarch also stressed that Brothers who put forth the name of a needy family for a turkey basket that the Brother please be in attendance to help deliver the baskets. Brother Polemarch anticipates that the exchequer will be healthy enough this fraternal year that the chapter will be able to sponsor a suite for both the Founders Day and Super Bowl. Brother Horton asked Brothers to save the date, February 10, 2018 for the BLACKOUT affair at the 25 Club in Maple Shade. In closing, Brother Polemarch spoke fondly of the chapter discount dues program in effect for senior Kappa s and for Brothers who reclaim a Brother.
