WOMEN S MINISTRY 'The time for our 2016 Women's Retreat is fast approaching! Pray, Obey and Be Amazed is the theme for our woman's retreat. To obey God, we need to be able to hear and perceive so Meditate on scripture: (Joshua 1:8) - Set aside focused time to listen and tell Him you want to hear more clearly (Exodus 20:21) - Know that hearing God's voice is available to you if you have asked and accepted Jesus Christ into your heart, (James 4:8, John 10:27) If you have been keeping up with the payment schedule, thank you! TEACHERS TRAINING The Transform Conference will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016, from 8:30am - 3:00pm at Columbia Baptist Church, 103 West Columbia Street, Falls Church, VA it s for all Leaders and Teachers. It will equip teachers to build groups with a central focus on seeing lives transformed through teaching. Teachers will discover ways to build on relationships with their group members to see lives changed. Leaders will be able to focus the entire day on the very narrow age segment they teach, and will gain new insights and hands-on skills they can put to work immediately.
