The transformation of yeast and dough into bread and of seed into plant opens another interpretation. What we see now is potential, but that potential needs to be actualized. The yeast has to be placed into the dough; the seed has to be planted. Even small actions, or hidden actions, have the potential to produce great things. World Café embodies UPark's four core values: intergenerational, international, interfaith, and inclusive. Please consider volunteering or at least checking out the program some Thursday at noon starting in September.
