Following Worship, enjoy the fellowship of the Maple Street Church Family along with your cup of justice in the Social Hall. A special envelope is inserted in this bulletin for contributions to the UCC Strengthen the Church Offering-- When you invest in the vision supported by Strengthen the Church, your gift will plant new churches, awaken new ideas in existing churches, and help develop the spiritual lives of our youth and young adults. We will have our next New Member Sunday on Sunday, June 5th during the worship service. DanversCares presents: Light the Night Purple--a walk and community gathering supporting awareness of opiate and other substance use in our community. This coming Wednesday, May 18, 6:30-8:00 pm--the Rotary Pavilion at The Peabody Institute Library, Danvers. This is a community-friendly event to raise awareness of substance use prevention and treatment; to promote health, healing, and recovery; and to erase the stigma associated with this disease. Please see the flyers which are displayed throughout the building for additional information. The inspire deadline for the June/July issue is coming up -- articles are due on Wednesday, May 18.
