She weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces and 21 inches long. She is the daughter of TJ & Megan Conley and the sister of Lillian. Her grandparents are Steve & Alverta Rea, Kathleen Barrett & Tom Conley Sr. Great grandparents are Robin & Doris Rea and Chuck & Lois Daugherty. 2 NEWLY ADDED PRAYER CONCERNS CONTINUE TO REMEMBER IN PRAYER.. NURSERY REMINDERS Nursery Supervision is provided for infants through kindergarten-aged children. Elementary School-aged children are invited to attend Junior Church or to sit with their families in the sanctuary during the worship service. The nursery will be supervised by the adult listed in the bulletin. MANNA FOOD PANTRY The Manna Food Pantry is still in use by needy community families. Because of this, we have a constant need of food. here are a few; Jelly, vegetable soup, pancake syrup, fruit juice, canned chicken, brownies, crackers, raisins, cookies, cornbread mix,and dried beans Thank you all for your help. Should you know of someone in need of a prayer, or should you need prayer yourself, please contact the captain or one of the prayer chain members. If you have a praise to answered prayer and want to share it with us, we are happy to rejoice with you. CHANGE JAR The change jar proceeds for the 3 rd & 4 th quarters will go to help the worthy families at Christmas time.

3 It s time to continue our tradition of packing self-help kits and donating money for blankets to the annual Festival of Sharing. United Methodists work hand in hand with Church World Service to reach out to others in many parts of the world, sharing Christ s love. You can be directly involved with mission by bringing in one or more items listed below, assembling complete kits, or donating money to be used for shipping the kits or purchasing blankets. Place kit items in the Festival of Sharing Box in the narthex. It s not too early to start building kits. Take advantage of back-to-school sales. There are school kit bags already constructed. Instructions for donating money for blankets and shipping will be given in September. Hygiene Kit One hand towel measuring approximately 16 x 28 (no fingertip or bath towels) One washcloth One wide-tooth comb One nail clipper (no metal files or emery boards) One bar of soap (bath size in wrapper) One toothbrush in original packaging Six band aids Seal all items in a one gallon zip-lock bag. Do NOT include toothpaste because it has an expiration date. School Kit One pair of blunt scissors (rounded tip) Three 70-count spiral or tape-bound pads of 8 x10 ½ ruled paper (no loose leaf or filler paper) One 30- centimeter(12 ) ruler One hand-held pencil sharpener One large eraser Six new pencils with erasers One box of 24 crayons (24 only) One 12 x14 to14 x16 finished size cotton cloth bag with cloth handles. Pack all items inside the cloth bag Baby Kit Six cloth diapers Two T-shirts or undershirts (Not onesies) Two washcloths Two gowns or sleepers Two diaper pins One sweater or sweatshirt Two receiving blankets (one can be hand knitted or crocheted baby blanket) All items should be new. Wrap items inside one of the receiving blankets and secure with both diaper pins
