I long to mature into the stature of Christ. Help me to speak the truth in love today, that I may grow into him, my savior, my teacher, and my friend, Jesus Christ. Amen. Evening Prayer Thank you, God, for being my traveling companion today. Emily and Navid Sadri had a baby boy, Rami Jasper Sadri, who arrived on New Year's Day and weighed 8 lb 10 oz. Human Relations Special Offering - One hundred percent of every donation goes straight to the marginalized, the disenfranchised and the ones at risk. Here s the breakdown: 57% is allocated to the Community Developers Program, which supports racial-ethnic congregations/communities engaged in social justice through advocacy. 33% is allocated to the United Methodist Voluntary Services Program, which helps promote and provide relationships with local community organizations. 10% is allocated to the Youth Offender Rehabilitation Program, which works with at-risk youth to prevent problems and helps convicted youth redirect their lives. Conversation on Race and Diversity Brian Smart, Director of Emerging Ministries, invites you to the Great Hall today from 12:15 to 2 p.m. for the next conversation on race and diversity There will be a complementary program offered for children during the conversation.
