4 In Our Parish... LADY OF GUADALUPE RAFFLE Do you have Christmas or birthday gifts in your closet that you would like to re-gift? Our Green Cove Church would like those unused gifts. PARISH MEN S GROUP Men, how much does the Holy Spirit guide your life? Are you filled with the Holy Spirit? As baptized and confirmed Catholics we should be. But how often do we really let the Holy Spirit lead us? If these questions interest you, please join us this Thursday, the 26 th, at 7 pm in the Activity Center as we continue the Alpha Series and look into "How can I be filled with the Holy Spirit?" A light meal is served at the start. Hope you can make it. CHRISTMAS ANGEL TREE APPLICATIONS Outreach is taking applications for the Christmas Angel Tree. Parishioners who, due to financial need, would like assistance with gifts for their children may stop by the Outreach Office on Tuesday or Thursday from 10:00-2:00 to fill out forms. Marriage Preparation Marriage Preparation: To schedule a wedding, an engaged couple must meet with their parish priest or deacon at least eight months before their proposed wedding date. Preparation for the sacrament includes attending a diocesan program such as Engaged Encounter or Pre Cana. Also, couples of childbearing age will need to take a full course of Natural Family Planning. Pre-registration for each of these programs is mandatory. The next Engaged Encounter will be November 10 th -12 th at Marywood Retreat Center. The next Pre Cana program will be December 9 th in Jacksonville.
