4 BIRTHDAY BLESSINGS: Congratulations to Rebecca Feddes who is celebrating her birthday today. Congratulations also to Nicholas Kraayenbrink who will be celebrating his birthday in the coming week. May God bless your celebrations. YOUTH GROUP: The Youth Group meets this Tuesday, March 5th from 7 9 pm for a regular night. All youth high school age and older are welcome. See you Tuesday!! Saturday Morning Breakfast - Join us for a men's breakfast/study. We are going to aim to meet on the last Saturday of the month. Breakfast starts at 7am in the church. We will be working through the book "Thirty Virtues that Build a Man" by Vince Miller. This study is open to all men from high school up. So bring your dad, bring your son, bring your neighbour, bring your brother. But please also sign up so we have enough food. The next breakfast is Saturday March 30th. We aim to be done by 8:30. Sign up sheet outside the office. COUNCIL NOMINATIONS: Council is asking the congregation for nominations for office bearers, for 2 Elders and 2 Deacons. Retiring Elders are Rob Kraayenbrink and Jeff DePooter retiring Deacon is Nick Dykema. Please prayerfully consider who you feel are gifted for these tasks. Please submit your signed nominations to any member of council or place it in the council mail slot. For your convenience, a table is provided at the end of the bulletin that you may use to submit your nominations before the next council meeting. The date of the next council meeting is March 13, Please have all nominations to council before March 13th. Thank-You so much. Please note: nominations are not limited to the 4 spots on the form in the bulletin. GEMS PANCAKE SUPPER: The GEMS will be hosting a Pancake Supper this Tuesday, March 5 th beginning at 6:00 pm. They will be serving pancakes, sausages, salad, coffee/tea, juice and dessert. Come out and support the GEMS at their Pancake Supper Fundraiser. The cost is on a donation basis. Walking Alongside - Youth and Mental Health conference - Registration is now open! Join us Saturday, April 27 (8:15 am 3:30 pm) at Westdale Reformed Church in Hamilton, ON. Keynote speaker Stephen Doucet Campbell will address mental health challenges faced by youth and give practical ideas to walk alongside them so they can not only endure but thrive. Workshops will address youth and addiction, social media, suicide, and depression. Regular registration fee is $50. Sign up by March 22 and pay only $35. Student rate is $25.
