3 RELIQUIA DE SAN JUAN VIANNEY LUNES, 25 DE FEBRERO El Santuario de Ars en Francia ha hecho disponible esta reliquia tan importante para una excursión nacional en los Estados Unidos. Esta excursión está patrocinada por los Caballeros de Colon. El corazón es un símbolo de amor, valor y compromiso, y sirve como la señal más evidente de vida en una persona. En el caso de San Juan Vianney, popularmente conocido como el Cura de Ars, su corazón incorrupto es también una señal de gran santidad que sostiene un mensaje de esperanza para aquellos que se acercan a él para venerarlo. En esta excursión, se les pide a los fieles que recen por sus necesidades e intenciones más sentidas, así como por el saneamiento entre el corazón de la Iglesia y un aumento de vocaciones santas al sacerdocio. Como el patrón de sacerdotes parroquiales, de quien el alma está unido con Dios en el cielo, San Juan María Vianney puede ser una fuente de santidad en el sacerdocio y unidad en la Iglesia. JOHN VIANNEY RELIC MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25 The Shrine of Ars in France has made this major relic available for a national tour of the United States. This tour is sponsored by the Knights of Columbus. The heart is a symbol of love, courage and commitment, and serves as the most evident sign of life within a person. In the case of S. John Vianney, popularly known as the Curé of Ars, his incorrupt heart is also a sign of great holiness that holds a message of hope for those who approach it for veneration. On this tour, the faithful are asked to pray for their most heartfelt needs and intentions, as well as for healing within the heart of the Church and an increase of holy vocations to the priesthood. As the patron of parish priests, whose soul is united with God in heaven, St. Jean Marie Vianney can be a source of sanctity in the priesthood and unity within the Church. There are 3 main segments to our evening with the relic: 4:00-6:30 pm -- Prelude of quiet veneration with relic in the O Callaghan Center 6:30-7:30 pm -- Candlelight Procession and Taize Prayer 6:30 - traditional candlelight procession beginning in the O Callaghan Center and leading to a Cere monial Church Door Opening: opening the Heart of Christ as we welcome the Heart of St. John Vianney 7:00 pm - Procession concludes and immediately flows in the Taize prayer service inside the Church 7:30-9:00 pm Veneration with Relic Rosary & other prayers will accompany Don t miss out on this event!! We have been celebrating in our new Church for over 6 months. Sunday and daily Masses, Baptisms, Weddings, Anniversaries, Quinceañeras, commissioning of new Liturgical Ministers and Rites for RCIA candidates. It is the strength of our prayers that has made our Rise Again Campaign, as important today as it was when we first started. Our prayers offered in solidarity and gratitude for all the families, groups and individuals who have so faithfully given since our campaign started. Let s continue to unite our commitment towards fulfilling our goal of paying off all construction costs.
