3 FRIDAY SCRIPTURE CLASS Our weekly Friday Scripture class will resume September 21 in Matthew classroom from 10-11:30 AM. We will study Acts of the Apostles, follow Paul on his journeys and see how he and Peter and the Jerusalem Council settled their differences regarding the requirements of Jewish Law to include the Gentile converts. Bring a Bible and if you don t have one, we can provide one. If you are a beginner, we will help you find your way through the readings and learn how to use your Bible. No charge for the class. Handouts provided. Bring pen and paper for taking notes. If you would like to attend, please call Alma at , speak slowly and clearly if you leave a message. God bless you. Adult Confirmation Fall class for adults 18 or older will be starting Monday, October 1 st at 7pm in the Gospel Classrooms. This class will run 7 weeks with Confirmation taking place Monday, November 19 th at St. Augustine Cathedral. This class is for adults who have been baptized and received First Communion, are active practicing Catholics but have not been confirmed. A copy of Baptism Certificate and First Communion Certificate are required to receive the Sacrament. Cost is $ Please call the office at to register. What do you need and want as a person who believes? What are your thoughts? Jordan Ministry Team will host a guided conversation every week to look at these, and any other questions you have. Join us each week on Thursday mornings for coffee, conversation, and light refreshments.
