Again, we re tempted to think that those are nice ideals, but not very practical in the real world. Paul echoes Jesus when he tells the Corinthians that what passes for human wisdom is absurdity to God. Divine wisdom casts sunshine on the good and the bad, showers rain on the honest and the dishonest without distinction. We must examine our wisdom and common sense to see how they compare to the wisdom of God, and make adjustments accordingly. Dan is a native of the New Orleans area and a graduate of LSU In Baton Rouge. It was truly moving to see so many of you join me in giving thanks to God for this marvelous vocation He called me to follow over twenty years ago. And so, thank you for your presence - weather in person or in spirit; thank you for all the prayers and support all of you offered over the years - please don t stop; thank you for your love and friendship we have shared; and thank you for all the gifts. Your generosity exceeded my expectation one could have! May God continue to bless each one of you and reward your goodness to me! With gratitude and prayer, Fr. Piotr
