All parishioners are invited to help out. We started coordinating the set-up in the school gym on August 17th. It is a pleasant atmosphere!!!!(no smoking) A few people mark the items, others put items in their designated area to be displayed. A few parishioners have their specialty: working with jewelry, fabrics, bedding, books, records,...we welcome everyone!!! No experience needed. You can come and sit at a table and help in a variety of ways. *Volunteers Times for pre-rummage sale activities: From August 31st, 2015 Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. NO Sundays. Bring your lunch and refreshments!!! Volunteers are needed for variety of pre-rummage sale activities, plus help during the event.. The 4 doors of the gym will be open, and a volunteer is needed to be stationed at each door. Young adults will be needed to help customers with their purchases to their cars. Donate some hours of your time, two+ hours of your time will be appreciated. UPDATE: * Refreshments and Cake will be sold on Friday and Saturday. Cheryl Matuszewski ( ) will be responsible and in charge of gathering of desserts and refreshments. Contact Cheryl for more information. *Florist long flower boxes are needed for the books. *Raffle Donations: We are asking the parishioners to make or donate items for the Raffle baskets. We need your help in acquiring Gift Certificates, Products etc from your favorite restaurant, pizza place, where you work, retail store etc,,, for our RAFFLE on September 20th The handouts with all the Rummage Sale info.is available in the vestibule of the Church for you to give to your favorite place. *The Flyer for the Rummage Sale is available to be placed where ever possible. (pick up in the Church Vestibule or gym)

5 - 5 - Clergy Retreat Our Archbishop Stefan has called all the active Clergy of the Archeparchy of Philadelphia to gather for our annual Clergy Retreat in Long Branch, NJ, from Monday, September 14 to Thursday, September 17. Wedding Anniversary Celebration Cancelled Due to a variety of factors, the Wedding Anniversary Celebration scheduled for Sunday, September 13, 2015 at the Cathedral in Philadelphia has been cancelled. Community Services Hours Available At St. Cyril s High School students who are required to donate hours and held out in the community are welcomed at St. Cyril s Parish. The community service hours can be served at this time, volunteering at the pre-rummage sale activities and during the sale.
