3 E s c o n d i d o M o o s e L o d g e # N e w s l e t t e r J u n e P a g e 3 MESSAGE FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR Monthly Birthday Celebration We want to start a monthly Birthday cake event at the Lodge. There will be a sign up sheet at the bar for those of you that would like to help sponsor a month, and purchase a Birthday cake to be shared at the Lodge. At the nine o'clock prayer break, everyone who has a Birthday in the month will be acknowledged. Please choose a month that is special to you and join in the celebration fun. Cake evening is the 2nd Friday night of each month. Thanks for signing up and helping out. Get Your newsletter by . Files will be sent in PDF format. send your address to loom1874@cox.net Hello from the new Administrator. Some of you may know me and many will not. My claim to fame is that I am Charly's husband. I have been around as a member of the Moose for several years and was a member of the 2009 Lodge Board. You can recognize me easily. I am the bewildered guy running back and forth between the bar/kitchen and the office and asking Dick questions all the time. In any case, here I am. I replaced Dick Dyer on May 1, 2010, not that anyone could replace him. He left enormous shoes to fill and I will do my best. He is my Jedi Master and I am trying to earn my light saber. I have no plans to change anything Dick has in place. I do wish everyone to know that I welcome suggestions, comments and input from the members. Please come to the Lodge and talk to me if you have ideas to enhance the already great home we have here. I have many duties and responsibilities for the LOOM but I feel I am here for the WOTM Chapter also. I will do my best to serve all members of the Lodge and work with the Governor, Board and WOTM to continue the great family atmosphere here. (4-11) Thanks to everyone, Dan Papp, April Birthdays (1-11) (1-11) May Birthdays

I hope with the new year we can see all of our Moose Legion members becoming active in promoting new members and participating at our meetings, the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm. Come out for dinner line dancing and the Legion meeting. In future newsletters I will be sharing information on the importance of our Higher Degree of Service and some of the history behind the Moose Legion. Fraternally yours; Dale Pulver Painter Interior & Exterior 45 Years Experience Ron Kolari (760) (760) CEL 11/10 This is everyone's favorite District month.
