The Upper Room Look for the latest edition of regular and large print on the side table in the Sanctuary. These is an excellent devotional resource. Attendance 5/6 5/13 5/20 5/27 Sunday School Worship Monday, June 11-6 PM at the home of Joyce Edleman Bring donations for Birthright of Pottstown On Monday, June 11, at 6 p.m., UMW will meet for a covered dish picnic at the home of Joyce Edleman, 17 Gleneagles Road, Limerick -- in the Golf Ridge community between Lewis and Limerick Center Roads. Hotdogs and beverages will be provided. As in past years, baby items for those between 0 and 18 months will be collected for Birthright in Pottstown. The following other items are also accepted: new and gently used maternity clothes, crib sheets, and new baby bottles. These donations are greatly appreciated by many recipients. A sign-up sheet is in the Chapel.

The first movie will be shown June 24 following the morning worship service. This will be followed by a delicious luncheon. Titles of the movies will be announced in the near future (all popular titles). Dave Ryan has been appointed to serve two churches in Lancaster County, Wesley UMC and Bethesda UMC, beginning on July 1, While we had to say our goodbyes to Dave a couple of years ago, we now have to let Lainie go, too! Thank you for your years of friendship and service to RUMC. We will miss you and your shoes will be hard to fill. These Lancaster County churches will be truly blessed to get you and Dave, and we will miss you!

This also means that The Children's Sunday School needs your help. We need the following: 1. Volunteers to teach the Kids' Church Program (held in the SS room) after the Children's Message in the church service (about 1/2 hour) ages 3 years through 2nd grade; materials and lessons provided. (We strongly encourage children in 3rd grade and up to remain in church. RUMC Community Dinners June's Community dinner will be Thursday, June 14. If you can help, please check the sign-up sheet on the table in the Chapel. Thank you for your continuing support. There will also be Community Dinners in July and August. Watch the weekly bulletins for details. Willa Community Dinner Dates: June 14 July 12 August 9 April 30, 2018, Blood Drive Congratulations on an outstanding drive on April 30! You were able to collect 51 donations, which is the most donors that have ever been at your drive. Wonderful work! These donations will go on to save up to 153 lives. She started the program with the song Blessings by Laura Story, and ended with the song Even If by Mercy Me. We were encouraged to trust in God to get us through our What If times. A special thank you to everyone who contributed to the evening, especially Brigitte, Ja-Nica, and Brielle of the youth group who entertained the children, and the men who assisted in the kitchen and with the clean up! On June 11 at 6:00, please join us for a picnic at the home of Joyce Edleman. We are collecting new and gently used clothing for babies and toddlers in sizes 0-24 months to be donated to Birthright in Pottstown.
